How many racquets can I demo simultaneously, and for how long?

Accepted Answer

Each customer is entitled to demo a maximum of 3 racquets simultaneously, and for 5 days. Due to the limited number of demo racquets available, we want everyone to have a chance to demo our racquets. 5 days ensures a fairness of racquet circulation.

Question 2

I just want to demo one racquet and for just one day, how much will this cost me?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely nothing! Just complete the Demo Racquet Program Agreement paperwork at The Tennis Shop, and you’re good to go.

Question 3

How much is it if I demo 3 racquets for 5 days?

Accepted Answer

The first three racquets are free of charge. The customer can elect to demo all 3 at once or elect to demo one at a time in 5-day increments. Thereafter, for a 3-racquet demo, the fee is $25. For just one racquet, $10. For 2 racquets: $20. The “First 3 Free” entitlement renews every 12 months.

Question 4

What if I don’t return the racquet on the 5th day?

Accepted Answer

That’s perfectly fine. No penalty. There is a grace period of 24 hours after the 5th day to return the racquet(s). All racquets must be returned to the Shop during normal hours of operation at 3801 N Capital of Texas Hwy G-140 in Davenport Village.

Question 5

Are there late fees if I don’t return the racquet in time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. $5.00 per racquet for each day exceeding the grace period. If we are unable to communicate with you after 5 days late, your credit card will be charged the full retail price for each racquet.

Question 6

What will be accepted as payment for the demo program?

Accepted Answer

Any major credit card will do. Cash and Gift Cards will not be accepted.
